Total polyphenol content was highest(87.3-89.4 mg GAE/gDW) in the leaves of Chetoui and Koroneiki cultivars frown in Yamamoto-Ushibashi coastal area, south of Miyagi Prefecture. All crude extracts had antibacterial activity. In particular, two extracts of Chetoui cultivar frown in Ishinomaki-Ajishima and Yamamoto-Ushibasi areas showed the highest antibacteria activity, between 12.5-25 mg/mL, against Escherichia coli. High antibacterial activity of Chetoui leaves could be attributed to the high total polyphenol content. These results are interesting findings in the cold climate cultivation of Tunisian olives in Japan."}, pages = {27--37}, title = {宮城県で栽培したチュニジア産オリーブ葉抽出のポリフェノール含量と抗菌活性}, year = {2020}, yomi = {ヤマグチ, マサト and ニワノ, ミチオ and ワタナベ, ケイ and イソダ, ヒロコ} }
